Today  was quite possibly the most disgusting day of cooking so far! I went through 300 eggs today!! Well maybe only about 30, but that’s enough!!


Let me start by saying I went to school with a hangover. I don’t want to go into details but Thursday was a ruff night and I hate Jeff (not Asian Jeff,  Long Island Jeff)!!!

Anyway, EGG’s!!! Fu$king Deviled eggs, Poached eggs, Scrambled eggs, Baked eggs, Omelets, omelets, omelets, omelets, omelets!! Apparently the French eat eggs at anytime of the day besides breakfast!! Who eats eggs for lunch, the French, who eats eggs for dinner, the French?! Eggs are for 4am after you drag your drunk ass from the club or 10:30am on a Sunday morning when you finally get up and your one sober friend talks you into getting breakfast!

Omelette Basquaise

Ok, so I cooked Omelette Basquaise, … I can’t even talk about it!! I cooked too much ef’ing eggs! It was disgusting, Eggs!!!!
